Layers, living soil and people on the ground.
In layers
A food forest uses every level of the farm, from the soil to the canopy, so it stays green through the year.
Natural farming
Natural farming with the farm's own microbial solutions and leaf extracts. The soil is fed, not forced.
With a team on site
Farms need daily attention. Ours get it from a team that works there, not from a weekend owner with a to-do list.
The people who do the farming.
Planting, watering, weeding, pruning, picking. The team knows every row, and they're happy to show you around when you visit.
